know that sometimes things change. Please read our refund policies carefully:
Admin Fees
A non-refundable administrative fee of $200 applies to all enrollments.
Refund Policy for General Courses
- Within 5 Days of Enrollment: If a refund request is made within 5 days of enrollment, 50% of
the course fee will be refunded after deducting the $200 admin fee.
- After 5 Days of Enrollment: No refunds will be provided if the request is made after 5 days
from the date of enrollment.
- Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund, please send an email with all relevant details
to [email protected]
Refund Policy for Online Courses
All of our online courses are strictly non-refundable. No amount will be refunded under any
circumstances.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Unlimited Courses: These courses are valid for one year from the date of enrollment or until
you achieve your desired scores, whichever comes first.
- Limited Time Period Courses: These courses start from the date of enrollment and end as per
the course duration, regardless of student attendance.
- Nontransferable: All courses are strictly non-transferable.
- Course Extension: Extensions must be requested before the course expires. Otherwise, a fresh
enrollment will be required.
